indeed the easing functions are “simply” interpolations :)
as they ( the easing functions) are tightly related to animation and motion which are really wide subjects, I wanted to keep them apart for now.
I’m planning to address that later :)

I’d like to add that when interpolating you can also pull the values through the ‘standard’ easing functions, to give your results some extra ‘swagger’ (it goes a bit crazy if you use Elastic or Bounce, but Quad and suchlike are fun :)
